我们曾报道,由于《宝可梦:朱/紫》游戏中存在的问题过多,这让不少玩家粉丝们都大失所望,纷纷开始在论坛呼吁退款,还有玩家在宝可梦板块分享了退款流程以及方式。
目前,有不少玩家已经退款完毕,通过任天堂的客服反馈成功推掉了《宝可梦:朱/紫》的数字版。玩家表示,只要在邮件中写明对游戏体验的不满就有机会退款成功,随后客服会询问你的电子邮件地址,以验证您的付款信息以及Switch的序列号,之后就会返还你的购买款。
不过还有玩家提醒,不论你对游戏有多么不满,对退款有多么急切也请不要对客服人员恶语相向,毕竟他们也是打工人。
